What is unfolding constitutes mass atrocity crimes: the deliberate, systematic deployment of state violence against a civilian population. Verified reporting establishes that the Islamic Republic has turned its coercive apparatus inward — firing live ammunition at unarmed citizens, raiding hospitals and criminalizing medical care, carrying out mass arbitrary arrests, and governing through terror rather than law.

This violence is coordinated, patterned, and national in scope. Civilians are not collateral damage; they are the objective.

Any continuation of the current regime in power constitutes the ongoing perpetration of mass atrocity crimes. International intervention is no longer discretionary. It is a moral and legal obligation.

Failure to act — including failure to pursue accountability through investigation, arrest, and prosecution — will be recorded not as caution, but as acquiescence.

This is not only Iran’s crisis. It is the world’s final test. Silence will be remembered as consent. Action will define history. Iran is ready for change.
